• Engage in individual counseling sessions using secure video conferencing tools, fostering a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions, relationships, and experiences to facilitate personal growth and insights.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate their goals and navigate their treatment journey.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of client mental health conditions, creating comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that are solution-focused and evidence-based.
• Monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with us, you will primarily work with stable adults exhibiting low acuity mental health issues. Our clients are carefully screened to ensure they are appropriate for virtual therapy, which allows our therapists to focus on providing high-quality care and measurable outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Active LMFT licensure issued by a state board; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Strong ability to assess and make informed evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical decisions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate nature are essential.
• Adeptness with technology and strong computer literacy to navigate our digital platform efficiently.

• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a clinical setting providing therapy services.
• Demonstrated experience with telehealth services is a plus.
• Familiarity with both individual and family therapy approaches to address various mental health challenges is preferred.
