Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Engineer for a 6-month onsite role in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience with CIAM solutions and a strong understanding of identity protocols, responsible for configuring and supporting CIAM solutions and onboarding applications to enterprise services.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
โ€ข Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
โ€ข Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.
โ€ข Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys.
โ€ข Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.
โ€ข Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
โ€ข Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities.
โ€ข Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3โ€“7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
โ€ข Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
โ€ข Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
โ€ข Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
โ€ข Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred:
โ€ข Ping Identity certifications.
โ€ข Experience with customer identity lifecycle management and adaptive authentication.
โ€ข Experience in Banking, Financial Services.
