Job Summary/Description:

WILX is seeking a Digital Sales Assistant to join our team. This position works strategically with the sales staff to monitor digital campaign performance while assisting with the development of integrated marketing campaigns. The Digital Sales Coordinator must know about digital marketing, including social media, audience targeting, OTT, and mobile and video marketing strategies. The right candidate will be a quick learner, an excellent communicator, and highly organized. The ability to meet timely deadlines will be critical.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Digital order entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Request, update, and monitor digital creative scheduling on campaigns.
• Execute campaigns and creative development for all digital advertising.
• Assist in the startup process for digital campaigns by providing research and playing an active role in onboarding the campaigns.
• Retain/Grow digital revenue by proactively finding opportunities to optimize campaign performance.
• Reconcile digital revenue logs and monitor the digital internet lines report.
• Work closely with and constant communication with Media Sales Executives.
• Build client proposals tailored to campaign objectives and station capabilities.
• Conduct digital research to support campaign planning and competitive analysis.
• Manage and update digital creative schedules across all campaigns.
• Monitor digital campaign pacing and performance to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Optimize campaign creative assets to enhance performance and engagement.
• Other duties as assigned by Sales Managers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Ability to use creativity to solve problems.
• Highly organized with strong willingness to take initiative.
• Detail-oriented and highly focused on accuracy.
• A real desire to understand our clients and their businesses.
• Proficient in WideOrbit Media Sales a plus.
