We are actively seeking a Senior UX Strategist with 5+ years of Web and Digital Marketing experience in an agency or corporate environment, driving strategic vision and execution across a range of B2B website and digital projects. The candidate will work with our multidisciplinary team to help define scope and strategy recommendations for our clients’ digital and web experiences while aligning with their business goals and objectives. They will serve as thought leader in aligning digital solutions and drive high-level discussions to make strategy, content, UX, design and development recommendations based on the identified client goals and expectations. Projects include websites, application UX/UI designs, videos, and digital marketing campaigns. They must thrive in a high-volume agency environment with aggressive deadlines and is looking to grow within an agency atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Internal

    • Collaborate with design, development, content, UX, and project management teams to define project requirements, scope, and strategic direction.
    • Champion best practices for enterprise B2B websites, including lead generation, user journeys, information architecture, content strategy, and conversion optimization.
    • Ensure website analytics and performance data are collected before, during, and after projects to inform strategy, reduce risk, and measure success.
    • Partner with UX to develop audience personas, customer journeys, and content requirements that align with business objectives.
    • Research emerging digital trends, technologies, and AI-driven opportunities, sharing insights with internal teams and clients.
    • Contribute strategic recommendations throughout the lifecycle of website projects.
    • Facilitate strategy workshops and brainstorming sessions that produce actionable, measurable outcomes.
    • Help evolve agency methodologies, standards, and processes for digital strategy delivery.

Client Facing

    • Lead discovery, research, and strategic planning engagements that align website initiatives with client business goals.
    • Conduct competitive analysis, analytics reviews, SEO assessments, content audits, and user experience evaluations to identify opportunities and prioritize recommendations.
    • Define KPIs, measurement plans, and optimization strategies to demonstrate business impact.
    • Serve as the strategic advisor between clients and internal design, development, UX, and content teams.
    • Present research findings, strategic recommendations, and project deliverables to clients and executive stakeholders.
    • Clearly communicate and defend strategic recommendations using research, data, and industry best practices.
    • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
    • Act as the primary escalation point for strategy-related questions throughout project delivery.
    • Support business development efforts through pitches, proposals, workshops, and strategic presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, web strategy, digital marketing, or related disciplines, with experience leading enterprise website initiatives (agency experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise B2B websites, digital strategy, user experience, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, content strategy, SEO, analytics, and lead generation.
  • Experience developing strategic recommendations based on qualitative research, analytics, and business objectives.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around strategic direction.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and earn trusted advisor status.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar/Microsoft Clarity, Semrush, or similar analytics tools.
  • Understanding of AI search visibility, LLM optimization, and modern SEO.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Contentful, Sitecore, Optimizely, WordPress, etc.).
  • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and enterprise governance.
  • Ability to translate business goals into measurable website KPIs.
