Job Description

Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management, located in Century City, is seeking a highly skilled, technically proficient, and analytical individual to join its marketing department as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. This individual will be responsible for leading the execution and optimization of digital marketing strategies designed to enhance brand awareness, facilitate client acquisition, and drive asset growth for an esteemed investment management and wealth advisory firm. This position integrates strategic planning with practical implementation across digital platforms, ensuring all initiatives comply with regulatory guidelines and support the firm's long-term objectives.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and experience marketing professional services or financial products to high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels to support firm growth, thought leadership, and advisor enablement.

  • Translate firm-wide marketing and business goals into measurable digital initiatives and campaigns.

  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to strengthen digital presence and client engagement across the full marketing funnel.

  • Partner with the firm's digital agency to help accomplish SEO and content strategy goals.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Manage and optimize digital distribution of investment insights, market commentary, white papers, and thought leadership content.

  • Collaborate with investment, wealth advisory, and compliance teams to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and compliant with regulatory standards.

  • Oversee website content updates, landing pages, and conversion pathways tailored to distinct audiences (e.g., HNW clients, institutions, consultants, financial intermediaries).

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Lead paid digital efforts including search, social, retargeting, and display campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead quality.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns, messaging, and user journeys based on data-driven insights.

SEO, Website & UX Optimization

  • Partner with the firm's digital agency on SEO strategy, keyword optimization, and ongoing website performance improvements.

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to enhance user experience, site speed, accessibility, and conversion rates.

  • Ensure website and digital assets reflect evolving brand standards and regulatory disclosures.

Marketing Technology & Automation

  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar) to support lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting.

  • Improve marketing workflows, data quality, and attribution models across channels.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to SEC, FINRA, and other applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with compliance and legal teams to streamline review and approval processes.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a digital subject matter expert, advising senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

  • Mentor junior marketing team members and contribute to best practices across the marketing organization.

  • Manage external agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 7-10+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within financial services, investment management, wealth advisory, or professional services.

  • Proven expertise in digital channels including paid media, SEO, email marketing, websites, and analytics.

  • Strong understanding of marketing in a regulated environment.

  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, or financial advisors.

  • Familiarity with SEC/FINRA advertising and communications guidelines.

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Seismic, and Yext.

The starting base salary is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 plus bonus. The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
