E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager (B2C/DTC Transformation)
We're hiring an E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager to lead and execute key components of our transformation to a scalable B2C/DTC, self-service growth model.
Not optimization-build new capabilities and lead transformation. This role owns the full digital funnel (acquisition → conversion → retention → renewal) and is accountable for driving digital revenue, improving LTV, and reducing reliance on manual sales.
You'll design and scale a frictionless e-commerce experience, partnering cross-functionally to deliver a high-performing, digital-first growth engine.
What You'll Work On
  • Lead shift to self-service, e-commerce-led revenue
  • Own the end-to-end digital funnel
  • Drive conversion, CAC efficiency, and retention
  • Build checkout, onboarding, and lifecycle journeys
  • Run A/B testing and growth experiments
