This position is fully remote, leveraging online platforms and telecommunication technologies to offer therapy sessions. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine each client’s unique mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to client goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or other therapeutic modalities relevant to client needs.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to address relational dynamics and improve overall functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure efficacy and responsiveness to client changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards of mental health practice, maintaining confidentiality and respecting client rights.

The clients you will work with at Omni Care Counseling Center range from adolescents to adults, each facing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our diverse client base reflects the rich tapestry of the Wichita community, where inclusivity and cultural sensitivity are paramount. You will play a vital role in fostering a safe space for clients to express their emotions and explore their mental health challenges.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current and active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as:
  • Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing therapeutic services within a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport easily with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience with evidence-based therapy modalities and familiarity with digital health technologies.
• Proficiency in conducting telehealth sessions and an understanding of related best practices.
• Experience collaborating with other healthcare providers to develop well-rounded treatment approaches.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
