Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for Proprietary Product and Membership Reward Marketing: developing annual plans to deliver Canada ICS customer marketing objectives, including marketing / operational excellence, customer relevance, scalable engagement and healthy returns on non-acquisition investment. The successful individual will lead the team executing the marketing plan, and will align and coordinate across ICS stakeholder teams on the investment plan, expected outcomes and post campaign performance analysis. This team will work in close partnership with product and rewards stakeholders to align on plans, develop and execute marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness to optimize impact and efficiency.

  • University degree in marketing, business and/or professional experience in these domains.
  • Experience in execution of digital marketing strategies and digital campaign management.
  • Experience in project management and marketing delivery in a matrix organization.
  • Superior communication and influencing skills. This includes presenting to peers and senior management, and being able to sell new ideas and solutions.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with proven ability to craft initiatives, programs and campaigns that appeal to customers, merchants and internal business partners evaluation.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and growth mindset with superior attention to detail
  • Passion for driving results.
  • People-leadership skills. Create a high commitment work environment where people are motivated and encouraged to achieve through empowerment and development.
  • Consistent demonstration of attention to detail.
  • Must be a proficient in use of Excel and Power Point and be comfortable with the rest of the Microsoft Office suite + adaptable to using emerging AI tools.
