  • Supports system integration trade studies and analytical tasks under the direction of more experienced team members
  • Identifies technical issues and recommends potential solutions
  • Contributes to RF system‑level test activities
  • Provides hands‑on support during spacecraft integration and test, including RF payload testing and troubleshooting
  • Evaluates RF payload test data against design requirements and recommends follow‑on actions based on results

Scope & Supervision Receives clearly defined assignments with regular supervision Works on problems of moderate scope, requiring analysis of identifiable factors such as cost, quality, reliability, manufacturability, schedule impact, and process improvement Exercises judgment within established procedures and engineering practices May participate in Engineering Review Boards May provide functional guidance to less experienced technical personnel Must be willing to travel up to 10% and support off‑shift or overtime work as needed.

Minimum Required Education, Experience & Technical Competencies
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • B.S. degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related engineering discipline. Four additional years of RF‑related experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Two years of RF‑related work experience
  • Understanding of mathematics and physics as they apply to electrical systems and components
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • M.S. degree in engineering or related scientific discipline (experience desirable but not required)
