Job description

Publisher Services Representative

As a Publisher Services Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing inbound publisher applications as well as reviewing existing publisher sites to maintain the health and quality of Core Private Exchange. You will work closely with our clients to provide excellent publisher support and will partner with various teams to provide additional assistance and support as needed.

Responsibilities include providing outstanding publisher support (primarily via e-mail and telephone) by ensuring that publisher requests are handled in a friendly, efficient manner and that any issues are resolved promptly. Lead publisher support to sub-24-hour response turn-a-round. Review inbound publisher applications for acceptance. Monitor publisher partners for performance and content quality. Work with new publishers to ensure rapid implementation, appropriate filter selections, maximum format adoption, and aggressive campaign selection. Complete monthly projects to ensure that site setup and implementation meets Epsilon's standards.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred but not required. Must work well under pressure. Able to work with minimal supervision as well as within a group environment. Hyper-focused on customer satisfaction, preferably proven by at least 1 โ€“ 2 years of experience in a client-facing role. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation Range: USD $42,100.00 - USD $60,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
