We are seeking a compassionate and adult ADHD experienced provider to join our team at Mindful. Mindful is a digital health company that is making high-quality psychiatric chronic care management more accessible and affordable for patients.

Role:

  • Conduct ADHD evaluations
  • On-going patient management

Requirements:

  • PMHNP
  • Board certified
  • Applicable valid DEA/license
  • NV required, other states highly preferred
  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

$90 - $120 an hour
