Digital Project Manager Jobs in Sullivan, WI (NOW HIRING)

This role is ideal for a project manager who understands manufacturing operations and enjoys working at the intersection of business, data, and technology. You will help teams define what data they need, where it comes from, and how it drives better operational decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with operations, service, and manufacturing teams to gather and refine requirements
• Translate business needs into data requirements and project deliverables
• Lead initiatives that leverage data from systems like ERP and external sources
• Align stakeholders on reporting needs, performance metrics, and execution strategies
• Work cross-functionally with IT and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing or operations-focused environments
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering experience
• Exposure to Digital Transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Ability to connect business processes with data/reporting needs
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field

Important Note:

• This is not a standalone IT/ERP implementation role. Candidates must have experience working directly with operations and business teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90,000 - 110,000 annually

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
