We thoughtfully develop and implement effective concepts that utilise technology in a way that enhances outcomes and creates efficiencies.

Our team of Account Managers and Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of multi-discipline projects ranging from working with local communities to create an engaging branded campaign that communicates proposed plans in their area, to a gamified e-learning experience for the Ministry of Defence.

We currently work with clients such as Transport for London, East West Rail, Ministry of Defence, Highways England, Environment Agency, Thames Water, EDF Energy, Faithful and Gould and our own global internal communications.

We are seeking a pro-active and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital projects, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creativity and innovation.

Your role
  • Guide and support digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and meet high-quality standards, in line with the agreed project proposal.
  • Managing multi-discipline projects from initial stages through to final delivery, with a focus on digital.
  • Identifying client opportunities for added value and improvement to enhance the Creative Design offering within projects.
  • Providing regular updates and managing expectations
  • Able to build trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Coordinate and support resource allocation thoughtfully and effectively to ensure project success.
  • Overseeing and managing risk on project budgets, quality and timelines.
  • Ensuring we're delivering high-quality projects that provide meaningful value.
  • Ensure project close-outs are undertaken and that insights and learnings are openly shared with the broader PM team.
  • Working with the PM team to continuously assess working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Possess a creative flair and thoughtful and innovative approach to projects.
  • Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Support and guide junior-mid weight team members, mentoring them to build confidence and grow their skill sets, and present updates on their development plans regularly.
