The Opportunity

RoofLynx LLC is seeking an adaptable and driven Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial roofing contracts from initial planning through final site closeout.


In this key field and administrative leadership role, you will direct jobsite execution, manage project schedules, coordinate specialized roofing crews and subcontractors, and ensure all installations meet strict manufacturer standards and client expectations. Working closely with supportive leadership and having direct access to company ownership, you will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where practical experience and bottom-line management are valued.


Key Responsibilities

Full Life Cycle Execution: Oversee the full project lifecycle for commercial and industrial roofing jobs, from pre-construction mobilization through final punch-list closeout.

Schedule and Budget Management: Create, manage, and continuously update master project schedules, material budgets, and labor allocations.

Resource and Trade Coordination: Coordinate daily field labor, trade subcontractors, material deliveries, and specialized crane or lifting equipment logistics.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication with commercial property owners, general contractors, material vendors, and internal executives.

Quality Control Inspections: Conduct regular jobsite inspections to verify quality control, material application compliance, and resolve real-time field issues.

Project Documentation: Document daily job progress, weather delays, scope alterations, and maintain precise digital project files and change orders.

Field Problem Solving: Lead real-time problem-solving efforts to address dynamic weather conditions, structural field challenges, and sequencing obstacles.

Post-Project Review: Participate in post-project financial and operational reviews to drive continuous process improvements across future builds.


What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Required

  • Industry Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated construction experience, with strong preference given to candidates with specialized commercial roofing experience.
  • Technical Systems Literacy: Solid familiarity with commercial roofing systems, technical terminology, material application methods, and construction sequencing.
