Issue and authorize permits including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hot Work, and Confined Space Entry. Conduct field walk-downs of job scopes to evaluate hazards, verify isolation points, confirm controls, and ensure all safety requirements are in place prior to work execution. Provide real-time oversight to ensure compliance with permit conditions and OSHA regulations.
