Job description

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of digital marketing programs across email, push notifications, paid media, and retail media channels. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing & Retail Media, this role serves as a key operational partner to internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring that all digital programs are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with business objectives This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can flex and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Content & Creative Operations
    • Proof and quality-check all digital creative assets - including copy, visuals, emails, ads, and landing pages - to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance prior to publication
    • Identify discrepancies and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve issues before content goes live
    • Maintain and manage content calendars across digital channels, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and evergreen content
    • Draft and distribute internal program communications to keep cross-functional business partners informed on timelines, initiative details, and deliverables
  • Channel Execution & Testing
    • Proof email campaigns, ensuring content accuracy and adherence to brand standards
    • Schedule and manage push notifications, website content, and landing pages across digital platforms
    • Coordinate and schedule A/B tests for email and push notification campaigns; pull reporting and present findings to inform channel strategy and optimization
  • Digital Program Management
    • Coordinate digital programs from initiation through completion, including planning, cross-functional coordination, execution, and post-program reporting
    • Partner with the merchandising organization to align marketing campaigns with product assortment, promotions, and key selling moments, and collect all necessary information to support digital execution
    • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple internal teams and departments, proactively identifying and resolving calendar conflicts
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and third-party partners, cultivating strong working relationships and ensuring smooth project execution
    • Collect required assets, specifications, and information from external partners to support the execution of digital events
    • Manage billing and invoicing processes associated with digital events and external partnerships, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Pull, compile, and distribute performance reports across digital channels (email, push, web, paid media, etc.) on a regular and ad hoc basis
    • Review reporting and note nuances and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and marketing team
    • Track campaign performance, flag anomalies, and identify opportunities for optimization
    • Maintain reporting documentation and dashboards to support ongoing visibility into channel performance
