Key Responsibilities
Advisory & Client Leadership
• Advise C-level, VP, Director, and senior business stakeholders on digital transformation priorities, execution options, risks, governance, and business value realization.
• Lead executive workshops, structured discovery sessions, roadmap discussions, and decision forums that translate ambiguous needs into clear scope, priorities, and next actions.
• Develop C-suite-ready status updates, risk dashboards, business cases, financial views, and decision briefs to accelerate governance approvals and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a trusted client-facing escalation point, resolving cross-functional conflicts while preserving transparency, accountability, and collaboration.

• Assess current-state business processes, enterprise platforms, data flows, integration points, operating practices, and organizational readiness across business and technology teams.
• Define practical future-state operating models, transformation roadmaps, and delivery plans across people, process, data, and technology dimensions.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, lifecycle traceability, regulatory compliance, customer or service responsiveness, release predictability, quality, and adoption.
• Bridge business stakeholders, solution architects, technical leads, delivery teams, QA, vendors, and executive sponsors to align requirements, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
Program Governance & Multi-Workstream Delivery Oversight
• Provide strategic oversight for complex, multi-workstream digital transformation programs, including scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, vendor coordination, and dependency management.
• Establish governance rhythms, RAID management, release planning, change control, executive reporting, and financial tracking disciplines for large-scale technology-enabled programs.
• Guide Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery approaches, including sprint planning, backlog governance, release coordination, UAT readiness, training, and cutover support.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks before escalation, protecting timelines, business confidence, and value realization commitments.
• Partner with implementation and delivery leaders to ensure modernization strategies translate into executable plans and measurable business outcomes.
Practice Growth, Pursuits & Consulting Assets
• Support business development, RFP responses, proposal shaping, oral presentations, and client solution storytelling for SDC-led transformation opportunities.
• Develop reusable consulting methods, governance templates, roadmap structures, executive reporting assets, and delivery accelerators.
• Contribute thought leadership on enterprise digital transformation, connected lifecycle modernization, platform-led operating model change, and advisory-led execution.
