Job description

The Brien Center is seeking a creative and collaborative RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR. This is a new role and a great opportunity to make a difference through your talented and creative recruitment abilities, your excellent interpersonal skills, and your ability to enhance and expand current recruitment practices to best support divisions and programs.
As RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR you will oversee the full hiring lifecycle including candidate sourcing (digital and traditional), candidate flow management and partnership with internal hiring managers and area colleges. Your experience with creative sourcing and candidate management will be invaluable as you successfully fill vacancies and ensure proper staffing levels.
You will have experience working both collaboratively as well as independently; you will be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills. Your understanding of both digital and traditional outreach methods will ensure success.
As a member of the Human Resources team, an understanding of labor laws, hiring policies, interview practices, and other pre-hire criteria and applicant tracking programs will be important. You will have the ability to analyze trends, recommend strategies, and serve as an ambassador by promoting Brien and our mission throughout the community.
