You will be joining a 70-year-old family-owned-and-operated convenience store company with strong values, a collaborative culture, a long-term business perspective, and a reputation for being a pillar within our MotoMart communities.


Description

As our Loyalty & Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in designing, launching, and growing MotoMart’s new customer loyalty program and mobile app. This is a unique opportunity to help build a differentiated digital customer experience and directly influence how thousands of customers interact with the MotoMart brand every day.


Unlike many marketing roles that focus on maintaining existing programs, this position offers the opportunity to help design a digital ecosystem from the ground up, including loyalty strategy, mobile app features, customer engagement programs, and digital marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will work closely with company leadership, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to create a best-in-class digital customer experience that drives engagement, business growth, and brings a little bit of joy to our customer’s daily routine.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy and execution, is energized by building new programs, and wants to see a direct connection between their work and measurable results.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage loyalty, rewards, and customer lifecycle initiatives to drive loyalty customer acquisition, retention, visits, and spend.

  • Continuously analyze customer behavior and loyalty performance metrics to identify opportunities for program improvement, as well as guide strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate with product category specialists and vendor partners to secure loyalty funds by funding promotional placement opportunities within the MotoMart mobile app and loyalty program.

  • Create and execute digital content calendars supporting promotional advertisement, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

  • Lead loyalty program communications and targeted marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels to increase both program awareness and mobile app adoption.

  • Ensure a seamless digital experience for MotoMart digital customers by monitoring and responding to customer questions, coordinating technical fixes, and maintaining software integrations.

  • Construct product roadmaps for mobile app and loyalty products, coordinating successful implementation of product enhancements across all stakeholder groups.

  • Support annual planning and budgeting cycle for loyalty and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain mobile app and loyalty documentation, training materials, and operational resources.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, website, paid search, online business profiles (Google, Apple), and other digital channels.

  • Steward MotoMart’s online reputation by responding to online reviews and distributing relevant feedback to internal MotoMart teams.


Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, CRM, loyalty, or other related disciplines.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to make business decisions.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.

  • Must be willing to work full time on site at our Home Office in Belleville, IL with ocaccasional travel to MotoMart retail locations.


Preferred

  • Familiarity with key digital marketing metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, engagement rates, and customer lifetime value.

  • Experience managing paid search, paid social, email marketing, or other digital advertising channels.

  • Experience with website management, SEO, local search optimization, and social media strategy.

  • Experience working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
