Job description

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.

As a Senior Director, Digital Product on our Marcomms team, you will lead the team and platforms that bring Stand Together's digital experiences to life. You will own the strategy and execution of our digital product roadmap, ensuring our websites, marketing technology platforms, and digital experiences are built in service of audience needs, measurable outcomes, and the organization's most important growth priorities.

This is a strategic leadership role with significant operational focus, partnering closely with Growth Marketing, MarComms, and Enterprise IT peers to embed Digital Product at the center of how we reach, engage, and activate Stand Together's priority audiences. You'll lead a high-performing team and develop a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and principled entrepreneurship.

How You Will Contribute

  • Design and execute a digital roadmap that maximizes audience value and advances measurable outcomes across a mix of brand efforts, campaigns and technical delivery.

  • Partner with Growth Marketing teams across Paid Media, DXO, and Lifecycle to ensure Digital Product's roadmap is shaped by audience journey requirements, conversion architecture, and campaign needs.

  • Collaborate across MarComms, Grassroots, Priority Initiatives, and community teams to drive digital innovation and ensure consistent, high-quality digital experiences across all properties and audiences served.

  • Serve as Chief Product Owner for Stand Together’s digital platforms, including Stand Together websites and our integrated marketing orchestration platforms.

  • Oversee the development, management, and optimization of Stand Together's digital platform portfolio, maintaining high standards of performance, reliability, and user experience across all properties.

  • Develop a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and measurement through agile practices and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Product Team, cultivating a culture of challenge, responsible risk-taking, and creative experimentation.

  • Select, cultivate, and retain top digital talent while promoting Principle-Based Management (PBM) principles and personal development plans (PDPs).

  • Define and operationalize a clear internal service model for how the Digital Product team supports its stakeholders across MarComms, Grassroots, and Priority Initiatives — ensuring consistent intake, prioritization, and delivery standards across all properties and teams served.

  • Build and maintain a performance reporting framework that connects digital experience outcomes to broader marketing and organizational goals, using data and audience insights to drive product roadmap decisions and communicate progress to senior leadership.
