Professionals in Digital Procurement often face challenges such as integrating new technologies with legacy systems, ensuring supplier data accuracy, and driving user adoption of digital tools across the organization. Overcoming these hurdles requires strong cross-functional collaboration, ongoing training, and a clear change management strategy. Additionally, staying current with digital trends and maintaining open communication with IT and supplier partners can help ensure smoother transitions and continuous process improvements.
