Overview

Job Title: Print Production Level 3
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Job Type: Hourly Consultant
Hours: Sunday – Wednesday

2nd shift: 2:30pm- 1am

3rd shift: 10:30pm-9am


Pay: $20.50-$20.80

Essential Functions:

  • Operate digital print, color production, high-volume printers, and copier equipment
  • Deliver contracted customer production requirements with accuracy and efficiency
  • Receive, review, and electronically log customer print jobs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to meet delivery and output expectations
  • Perform quality inspections before, during, and after each production run
  • Conduct operator-level maintenance on print and production equipment
  • Maintain production reporting logs and billing information
  • Track, archive, and store customer jobs for future reuse, including file backup procedures
  • Lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Support workflow priorities and production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Work overtime as needed to meet business demands

Skills:

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including keyboard and mouse functions
  • Ability to send and receive emails, open/save files, and perform accurate data entry
  • Experience using web browsers and sending documents to preconfigured printers
  • Basic math skills including multiplication, division, and percentages
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor and strong business communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a production team environment

Experience:

  • Prior experience operating high-volume digital print and production equipment preferred
  • Experience in print production, copy services, reprographics, or document management environments preferred
  • Customer service and production support experience strongly desired
  • Experience maintaining production logs and handling job tracking processes preferred

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Additional technical training or print production certifications are a plus

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
