Job Description Digital Delivery Specialist - Retail Technology Location: Louisville, KY or Chicago, IL Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Specialist to support digital retail and store technology initiatives. This role serves as the key liaison between Operations and Technology, translating business needs into functional requirements and supporting testing, deployment, and successful adoption of retail technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, Support, Field teams, and vendors to deliver retail technology initiatives.

Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements. Support solutions across POS, loyalty, payments, fuel operations, pricing, promotions, inventory, reporting, and back-office systems. Perform functional analysis across GK, PDI, Verifone, and integrated retail platforms.

Identify system dependencies, operational impacts, risks, and downstream process implications. Lead business validation activities, including UAT, regression, end-to-end testing, defect management, and business readiness. Coordinate with QA and development teams to investigate defects and validate fixes.

Support pilots, production deployments, store cutovers, and post-go-live stabilization. Partner with field teams to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure successful store adoption. Monitor post-deployment results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications 8+ years of experience in business analysis, retail technology, POS, store operations, digital transformation, or downstream retail programs. Strong experience with requirements gathering, functional analysis, business process design, testing, deployment readiness, and change management. Experience supporting POS, loyalty, payments, retail operations, and/or back-office platforms.

Experience with GK, PDI, or Verifone highly preferred. Strong knowledge of UAT, regression, end-to-end, and operational testing. Proven ability to coordinate across business, technology, QA, vendors, support, and field teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with evolving requirements and proactively identify and escalate risks.
