What does a digital platform architect do?

A Digital Platform Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the technical architecture of digital platforms, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and efficient. They work closely with stakeholders to understand organizational needs, select appropriate technologies, and create blueprints for platform integration and development. Their role often includes guiding development teams, setting technology standards, and ensuring the platform supports current and future digital initiatives.

Digital Platform Architects play a key role in bridging technical and business teams during a platform redesign. They work closely with stakeholders such as product managers, UX/UI designers, and development teams to define architectural requirements and ensure the platform's design aligns with business objectives.
