  • Respond with speed, professionalism, and purpose to every customer inquiry.
  • Build rapport, qualify customer needs, and create excitement before customers ever step into the dealership.
  • Book, confirm, and manage appointments while maintaining industry-leading show and closing ratios.

  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, customer communication, and follow-up processes.

  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Help shape the dealership's digital retail strategy and customer journey.

What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will:

  • Respond to every lead with urgency.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery.
  • Consistently exceed appointment, show rate, and sales conversion targets.
  • Take ownership of dealership digital performance.
  • Be highly organized, accountable, and process-driven.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve results and customer experience.
  • Lead by example and become a trusted resource for the sales team.
