We are seeking aSenior Specialist, Digital Marketing - Web, AI & SEOto lead the strategy, performance, and optimization of our B2B digital presence. Reporting toaDirector of Marketing,this roleis responsible fordriving brand awareness and product engagement through website performance and content effectiveness across the customer journey.

The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies that maximize visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms, including SEO, AEO, GEO, and LLM search experiences.

They will also lead initiatives tooptimizewebsite performance, enhance digital customer experiences, and improve content effectiveness to support business growth. Experience with AI-powered marketing tools is considered an asset.

What You'll Do

  • Lead andoptimizethe B2B website experience to drive brand awareness, product engagement, lead generation, conversion, and overall digital performance.

  • Develop and execute global website growth and search optimization strategies across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms, including SEO, AEO, GEO, and LLM search experiences.

  • Analyze website performance, user behaviour, and search trends toidentifyopportunities for growth, optimization, and improved customer experiences.

  • Optimizecontent, metadata, schema, and information architecture to improve search visibility and AI-driven discovery.

  • Develop and manage content strategies, content lifecycle processes, governance standards, and digital asset management practices to improve engagement and conversion.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or web content strategy.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, website architecture, web analytics, digital optimization, and search visibility best practices.

  • Experienceoptimizingcontent and digital experiences for AI-powered search and discovery platforms.

  • Excellent copywriting, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

  • Experience using AI tools in B2B or SaaS marketing environments, with an AI-first mindset.
