Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, and data integration

Job Summary:ย The Marketing Data & Operations Manager leads marketing analytics, attribution, and operations to enable data-driven decision making across the marketing organization. The role integrates data across media, CRM, web, and sales systems to provide a single source of truth for performance and revenue. Working closely with Growth and Lifecycle teams, this role ensures marketing performance is accurately measured, optimized, and aligned to revenue outcomes, enabling efficient and scalable growth. Essential Functions & Accountabilities:ย 

Data & Attribution

  • Build and manage marketing attribution models across channels attribution across channels
  • Integrate data across media, CRM, website, and call center systems
  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for marketing performance
  • Improve visibility into channel contribution and revenue impact

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and manage KPI frameworks aligned to revenue outcomes
  • Maintain KPI frameworks, reporting, and measurement integrity across demand, lead, and conversion metrics
  • Deliver reporting and insights to support decision-making and optimization
  • Improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and speed of insight
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for marketing teams

Marketing Operations & Systems

  • Manage and optimize marketing technology stack (CRM, analytics tools)
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistent tracking standards
  • Manage campaign tracking, UTM governance, and measurement frameworks
  • Support implementation of new tools and capabilities to improve performance

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Growth to enable channel and media optimization
  • Partner with Lifecycle to support CRM, segmentation, and conversion tracking
  • Align with Sales and BI teams to connect marketing data to revenue outcomes
  • Support a performance-driven operating model through data and insight
