Job description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead our Digital Operations initiative, a strategic program that leverages AI agent technology to seamlessly integrate MES and ERP platforms, delivering actionable data insights to our management and operations teams.

As TPM, you will serve as the critical bridge between our internal business units and offshore software development teams. You will ensure that operational requirements are accurately captured, translated into clear technical specifications, and validated against delivered solutions that will ultimately drive successful deployment and user adoption.

Essential Functions

· Requirements Bridge: Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements from management and operations stakeholders; translate them into precise software requirements for offshore development teams.

· Program Oversight: Own end-to-end delivery of Digital Operations features, from ideation and design through development, testing, UAT, and rollout.

· Cross-Team Coordination: Synchronize efforts between business units (process owners, IE/PE, data teams) and offshore software engineers, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, and quality.

· Solution Validation: Review software deliverables, proof-of-concept, and prototypes; provide structured feedback and acceptance/rejection decisions based on business fit and technical soundness.

· Change Management & Training: Design and deliver training programs for end users during rollout; develop documentation, SOPs, and runbooks to support adoption.

· Risk & Dependency Management: Identify program risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies early; drive resolution through clear escalation and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

· 3+ years in a Technical Program Manager, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations role within a production/manufacturing environment.

· Bi-lingual, Mandrian and English

· Hands-on exposure to MES and/or ERP systems — you understand shop-floor workflows, work orders, BOMs, scheduling, and inventory, as well as data flows between MES and ERP.

· Foundational software knowledge: AI agents/LLMs, relational databases (SQL), and API-based integrations.
