About The Job

  • Stay current on B2B eCommerce platforms (e.g., NuOrder), order management systems, and wholesale digital trends through training sessions, webinars, and industry research.

Continuing Education

  • Actively transfer learnings to the Digital Sales Coordinator team through training, documentation, and continuous coaching to elevate overall team capability.
  • Continuously build knowledge in workflow optimization, reporting, and operational best practices to drive scalable and efficient B2B operations.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in B2B digital operations or eCommerce will be considered in lieu of a degree.
