Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Live Chat Agent / Messaging Specialist. In this position, the specialist responds to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms, providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams. The role involves managing multiple conversations at once, maintaining a courteous and professional tone, and following established workflows and knowledge base resources. The specialist documents interactions, updates customer records, and collaborates with colleagues to improve responses, FAQs, and digital support processes. The role also requires adherence to performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Strong written communication skills, including clear, concise, and empathetic messaging in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
