Partner Marketing Management: Develop and present strategic marketing plans and sell-in decks to key retail and marketplace partners, representing the Crocs brand and GTM vision. Collaborate with account teams to co-develop marketing programs and partner-specific content strategies.

Performance Optimization: Execute and manage consumer-facing digital marketing assets, onsite merchandising, PDP enhancements, and content updates, leveraging performance insights and analytics to continuously improve traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales.

Content Governance: Establish and maintain best practices for product content quality, asset management, and digital merchandising standards across marketplace partners, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand compliance.

Trends & Best Practices: Stay current on digital marketing trends, Amazon platform innovations, ecommerce merchandising, content optimization strategies, and marketplace best practices to continuously evolve execution and drive business growth.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
