Job description

Turning Point Ministries is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah and exists to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah's teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through the power of media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. Dr. Jeremiah is committed to teaching the entirety of God's Word to the world, and his teaching is delivered in multiple languages to approximately 3 billion people across the globe through Turning Point's various media channels.
To accomplish this mission, more than two hundred staff across various disciplines are committed to sharing the Gospel and Bible Strong teaching through Turning Point. At Turning Point, you will be empowered and equipped to use your unique skills and abilities to glorify God and make an eternal impact while being part of a professional Christian community and relational work environment.
Position Summary:
The Media and Project Coordinator supports Turning Point's global outreach by coordinating international television and radio promotions, media schedules, cross-functional marketing initiatives, affiliate reporting, and special projects. This position works closely with International Ministries, Marketing, Creative Services, and ministry partners in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. The role also provides essential project and administrative support to the Director of International Ministries, helping advance strategic priorities and ensure effective follow-through.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate International Media and Marketing Initiatives
  • Plan, manage, and execute promotional schedules and commercial placement strategies for English-language television and radio programming in international markets
  • Represent International Ministries in Marketing meetings and foster collaboration with Marketing and Creative Services by coordinating communications, campaign planning, and promotional initiatives
  • Track promotional performance, audience engagement, and other key metrics to evaluate and strengthen international marketing and broadcast initiatives
  • Provide Project and Administrative Support to the Director of International Ministries
    • Support special revenue-generating assignments and cross-functional projects that advance the ministry's international outreach
    • Coordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items
    • Prepare, process, and maintain contracts, proposals, and related documentation, ensuring timely routing and completion
  • Coordinate International Affiliate Reporting
    • Coordinate the development of board reports and presentations for the ministry's international affiliates, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom
    • Receive and process regular reports from partners

  • Familiarity with international broadcast/media landscape is a plus
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, superior communication skills (verbal and written), discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment
  • Self-motivated with the desire to and ability to act independently
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools a plus
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and demands from different departments

  • The expected salary for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 an hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
