The PNW branch, headquartered in Seattle, WA, is looking for a driven and mission-oriented Digital Marketing Manager. You would be joining a close-knit group of attorneys, legal assistants, paralegals, and staff who all share a profound dedication to supporting our clients throughout their recovery journeys.

About the Role  
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a vital role within The Advocates’ in-house marketing team, collaborating on all aspects of the firm’s online marketing efforts. The role’s focus will be on building and optimizing paid campaigns to drive leads and increase brand awareness as well as coordinating with the creative team on the publication of new social and web content.  

The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Wordpress, along with a strong understanding of Google Analytics and relevant campaign performance metrics. 

The Digital Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Director of Marketing.  

Responsibilities:   

  • Manage and create digital campaigns to drive inbound inquiries from prospective clients  
  • Coordinate with the creative team to publish and promote new content for the website as well as social media 
  • Report on campaign performance, with an emphasis on acquisition costs 
  • Maintain focus on trends related to both the legal industry and search marketing 
  • Oversee website updates, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and content enhancements to drive lead generation 
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic 

 
Qualifications:  

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaign management (required)  
  • Extremely comfortable working with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, Wordpress, and Excel (required) 
  • 2+ years of experience within a digital agency (preferred)  
  • Associate's degree or higher (preferred)  
  • Motivated team player who isn't afraid to ask questions  
  • Data driven mindset with the ability to test and refine campaigns   
  • Ability to effectively test campaigns, report on results, and implement findings across key markets 

Compensation 

  • $75,000 - $90,000 a year (based on experience)
