Paid Media

  • Oversee management of Google Ads campaigns (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Programmatic) across brands, in coordination with the digital marketing agency.

  • Coordinate campaign details, creative assets and campaign copy with the internal creative team and external agency partners.
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar and campaign performance reporting.
  • Produce recurring PPC/paid media performance reports (spend, CTR, CPC, impressions) for stakeholders.
  • Participate and present in recurring strategy calls with paid media agency partners and track resulting action items and deliverables.

Website Analytics & Tagging

  • Maintain and update Google Analytics (GA4) configurations, goals, and custom insights across brand websites.
  • Implement and manage tags, triggers, and variables in Google Tag Manager to support tracking and campaign measurement needs.
  • Monitor site performance (e.g., page speed alerts) and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
  • Support website testing and optimization tools (e.g., VWO) as needed.

SEO, GEO & AEO Optimization

  • Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities to improve site visibility, rankings, and organic traffic across brand websites.
  • Support on-page SEO (metadata, content structure, internal linking) in coordination with the web and creative teams.
  • Conduct keyword research and monitor competitor benchmarks to inform content and campaign strategy.
  • Partner with the web team on technical SEO items (site speed, crawlability, structured data) surfaced through audits.
  • Produce recurring SEO performance reports (rankings, organic traffic, visibility) for stakeholders.
  • Support implementation of AEO/GEO initiatives including online sentiment management and content updates.

Organic Social Media

  • Manage organic social account performance monitoring in Hootsuite, Zoho Social, or similar platforms across brands.
  • Track and report on follower growth, engagement rate, and other organic social KPIs on a recurring basis.

Vendor & Budget Coordination

  • Review, code, and process invoices from digital marketing vendors (Google, agencies, testing platforms).
  • Track digital marketing budgets and spend against plan, escalating discrepancies as needed.
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for select vendor relationships.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with brand marketing, creative, and sales teams to gather the inputs needed for reporting and campaigns.
  • Support trade show and product launch initiatives with data pulls and performance recaps.
  • Manage tasks and deliverables in Asana, ensuring on-time completion of recurring and ad hoc requests.
