Client :             Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Duration :        10 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Location :        Remote – North Carolina 27518

Shift :               1st Shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST/CT Preferred)

Description:
• Lead and coordinate marketing operations, product launches, customer engagement programs, and tradeshow activities.
• Manage project timelines, vendor coordination, logistics, and marketing workflows to support commercial and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with franchise marketing, regional teams, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.
• Support marketing operations, launch tracking, budget coordination, and process improvement initiatives in a regulated medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tradeshow and customer engagement event operations, logistics, and scheduling.
• Coordinate booth setup, vendor communication, material shipments, and meeting planning.
• Track marketing deliverables and event timelines to ensure successful execution.
• Support digital asset coordination for marketing promotions and campaigns.
• Maintain franchise conference calendars and activity trackers.
• Manage marketing workflows in systems such as Workfront and Veeva.
• Coordinate regulatory review submissions and approval tracking.
• Support launch dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational tracking.
