Lexus of Lexington is seeking a versatile, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team across both digital and showroom sales channels. This leadership role combines real-time lead accountability, CRM execution, and deal desking expertise with a hands-on presence on the sales floor.

You'll support your team through every phase of the sales process, and hold a high standard for follow-up, execution, and guest experience. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on accountability, momentum, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Oversee all inbound leads., phone, internet & showroom. Ensure timely, professional engagement that consistently converts into sold units - not just appointments.
  • Desking & Deal Support: Actively desk deals for both new and pre-owned inventory. Collaborate with sales consultants and F&I to drive profitability while maintaining a seamless guest experience.
  • CRM Accountability: Monitor daily CRM activity to confirm that every lead receives timely, value-driven follow-up across all communication channels. Responses should build trust, add clarity, and move the guest meaningfully closer to a decision.
  • Floor Leadership: Maintain a strong presence during peak showroom hours. Assist with TOs, coach in the moment, and reinforce best practices at the point of execution.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop your sales team across digital and in-person channels. Create a culture of consistency, discipline, and customer-first execution.

What Success Looks Like
  • Lead-to-Sale Performance: You drive high conversion - not just from lead to appointment, but appointment to close.
  • Desking Efficiency: You are directly involved in deal structure, helping the team move deals forward with clarity and confidence while protecting gross and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • CRM Execution: Your team hits 100% follow-up compliance. Every interaction reflects Lexus standards and adds meaningful value to the guest's journey.
  • Team Growth: Under your leadership, consultants improve in volume, close rate, and CSI. You help good salespeople become great.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in automotive sales leadership, with experience managing digital leads, showroom activity, and sales performance (luxury brand background a plus).
  • Skilled in CRM-driven sales processes, with a hands-on approach to coaching high-quality communication and follow-up.
  • Strong desking capability across new and pre-owned inventory, with a proven ability to structure trades, financing, and leases - while navigating objections and solving challenges to move deals forward with confidence.
