Build the Future of Real Estate Marketing

Coldwell Banker Legacy Group is seeking an innovative, creative, and results-driven Marketing Director to oversee and execute marketing initiatives for one of the region's most successful and diverse real estate organizations.

This is not a traditional marketing position.

We are looking for someone who can drive consumer lead generation, recruiting growth, brand awareness, audience engagement, and marketing innovation across our residential real estate, commercial real estate, property management, title, auction, construction, development, and technology divisions.

Digital Marketing, Branding & Growth

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and campaign calendars.
  • Manage advertising budgets and marketing vendors.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with company growth objectives.
  • Build marketing systems and resources that support agents and company initiatives.

Lead Generation & Demand Creation

  • Develop attraction-based marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified consumer leads.

  • Develop campaigns that generate buyer, seller, investor, commercial, property management, auction, construction, and development leads.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Create lead magnets, landing pages, and marketing offers that convert prospects into clients.

Content Strategy & Creative Development

  • Develop content strategies across all company brands.

Qualifications
