Job Title: Project & Logistics Coordinator (Field Service Dispatch)
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 / hour + bonus incentive
Position Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Occasional overtime available.

Job Summary
Are you a master organizer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a dependable, sharp, and proactive Project & Logistics Coordinator to act as the central hub of our field operations. In this role, you will strategically manage our team of field technicians and contractors to maximize productivity, optimize daily routes, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. If you love solving geographical puzzles and keeping a moving team organized, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Route Optimization & Logistics: Create efficient daily routes and maps using Google Maps and dispatch tools; clearly communicate job requirements to field technicians.
  • Team Scheduling & Tracking: Monitor technician availability in real-time, schedule incoming jobs, and rapidly pivot to deploy resources during urgent or emergency client requests.
  • Operational Administration: Verify daily work completion, ensure technicians submit accurate paperwork, and audit/calculate daily timesheets.
  • Customer & Internal Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls from customers and technicians. Maintain clear communication logs and act as a reliable liaison between field tech teams and our sales department.
  • Data Management: Utilize integrated email, text, and call management software to keep company databases accurate and up to date.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and digital mapping tools; minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of handling high-pressure situations gracefully.
  • Work Style: A self-starter who can multi-task, meet tight daily deadlines, and maintain a solution-oriented "can-do" attitude.
  • Availability: Reliable attendance Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
