Job Summary

The Creative Media Designer is responsible for developing compelling visual content that elevates the World Emblem family of brands across digital, social, eCommerce, sales, and marketing channels. This role combines advanced graphic design, professional video production, motion graphics, photography, AI-assisted content creation, and digital storytelling to produce high-impact creative assets that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate is both a creative visionary and a technical expert who understands modern digital marketing trends, emerging AI tools, and best practices across multiple media platforms.


Essential Duties And Responsabilities
  • Design high-quality digital and print marketing assets including website graphics, landing pages, product imagery, catalogs, presentations, email campaigns, trade show materials, advertisements, and sales collateral.

  • Produce, shoot, edit, and deliver broadcast-quality video content for product launches, brand campaigns, customer stories, social media, recruiting, and internal communications.

  • Create engaging short-form videos optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

  • Develop motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and multimedia presentations that support product marketing and brand storytelling.

  • Capture professional photography and video in studio, manufacturing, customer, and event environments.

  • Utilize AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content creation, image generation, video enhancement, editing, concept development, and workflow efficiencies.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, eCommerce, and Executive Leadership to translate business objectives into compelling creative campaigns.

  • Maintain and evolve brand standards while ensuring consistency across all digital and print communications.

  • Optimize digital creative for web performance, SEO, user experience, and conversion.

  • Support website updates through creation of graphics, banners, product imagery, and multimedia content.

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality.

  • Stay current with emerging design trends, digital marketing technologies, AI capabilities, social media best practices, and creative software advancements.

  • Assist with creative direction for new product launches, brand initiatives, customer presentations, and corporate communications.

  • Maintain digital asset libraries, project files, templates, and brand resources.


Qualifications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design, photography, videography, and motion graphics.

  • Advanced understanding of branding, visual communication, typography, color theory, composition, and digital storytelling.

  • Experience producing commercial-quality video from concept through final delivery.

  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows and emerging content-generation technologies.

  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media content optimization, and customer engagement best practices.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Manufacturing, industrial, apparel, branding, or consumer products experience preferred.
