Securities & Investment Management Attorney (3โ€“7 Years)


A leading global law firm is seeking a financial services associate to join its Financial Services group. This team advises asset managers, investment funds, and financial institutions on complex regulatory and compliance matters across a wide range of fund structures.


Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on federal securities laws and regulatory frameworks
  • Support fund structuring and ongoing regulatory compliance
  • Handle matters involving cross-border registration, exams, and enforcement
  • Work on broker-dealer, commodities, and emerging areas such as digital assets


Qualifications:

  • 3โ€“7 years of relevant experience with strong securities law knowledge
  • Familiarity with the Investment Company Act and/or Investment Advisers Act
  • Experience with ETFs, BDCs, or digital asset matters is a plus
  • Background at a law firm, in-house, or regulatory agency preferred
