Job description

Project Scope

Our client, a leading player in the telecommunications sector, is driving a continuous digitalization initiative. To strengthen the interface between IT, product, and marketing, we are looking for an experienced Ressource Manager who combines technical understanding with analytical and communication skills.
You will support ongoing transformation projects in the area of digital customer portals, internal IT systems, and app development working closely with cross-functional teams across different countries.
350 - 420 a day
Role Overview
In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and IT, supporting Product Owners and development teams in optimizing and evolving selfcare and app-based digital services. You will analyze technical structures, identify system improvements, and contribute to agile project delivery and error resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Support Product Owners in managing and optimizing products
Coordinate across IT, marketing, and business units (including remote international teams)
Analyze internal IT architecture and system interdependencies
Perform systematic error analysis and assist in resolving technical issues
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for development teams
Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Contribute to documentation and process optimization within the product lifecycle
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, IT, or Digital Product Management
Solid understanding of App Development
Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
Knowledge of IT architectures and system integrations
Proven ability to analyze and structure complex projects
Experience with cross-functional collaboration in international setups
Strong communication skills and ability to mediate between business and technical teams
Independent, structured, and self-driven work approach
Excellent German+ English skills
