Job description

The Director, Digital Intelligence & Enablement helps advance Masco's digital transformation. They assist business units in understanding, adopting, and scaling modern digital capabilities. This leader acts as the enterprise enablement and intelligence layer. They translate fast paced digital, data, commerce, marketing technology, and applied AI trends into clear mentorship, shared standards, and practical learning. These efforts accelerate transformation outcomes across the organization. This is an acceleration role that will operate at the enterprise, team and individual level. Success is measured by growing digital proficiency, faster adoption of modern practices, and clearer decision-making across business units.
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate digital transformation priorities and external market signals into clear, BU-relevant mentorship that informs planning and execution
  • Build and curate role-based learning and enablement that increases proficiency in priority digital capabilities.
  • Establish and run cross-business unit forums and communities to accelerate learning, share best practices, and reduce reinvention
  • Develop reusable "what good looks like" standards, playbooks, and examples that support consistent, scalable transformation
  • Build executive-ready intelligence outputs (briefs, summaries, decision guides) that clarify implications, tradeoffs, and maturity paths
  • Partner with business units to identify capability gaps and align enablement to enterprise digital transformation goals
  • Track adoption and usefulness of enablement and intelligence outputs and continuously refine based on feedback
  • Promote responsible and pragmatic adoption of digital and AI-enabled capabilities in partnership with Legal, Privacy, HR, and IT

Qualifications
Required
  • 8-12+ years of experience in digital transformation, digital strategy, enablement, insights, or cross functional leadership
  • Proven track record to translate sophisticated digital topics into clear, actionable mentorship
  • Experience building enablement programs, standards, or communities that drive adoption
  • Strong executive communication and influence skills in a matrixed environment

Preferred
  • Experience in a multi-brand or multi-business unit enterprise
  • Familiarity with modern digital marketing, eCommerce, analytics, and applied AI trends
  • Experience supporting enterprise scale change or transformation initiatives
