Job Description
As a Retail Sales Specialist in our digital imaging department, you'll greet customers, ask questions and provide product demonstrations as you sell complete solutions. You'll achieve individual and department goals by reaching revenue, margin, solution and operational targets. We'll give you the training needed to become an expert on digital imaging products that help customers capture lifelong memories.
What you'll do
  • Help customers in-store, over the phone and via online chat
  • Achieves team and individual goals while providing an excellent customer shopping experience
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge through ongoing learning and certifications, coach other sales floor employees on new vendor technology and services
  • Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help achieve profitable growth through critical business drive times
  • Generate future opportunities by discovering the deeper needs of our customers
  • Maintain the digital imaging department's merchandising and readiness to serve customers

Basic qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Preferred qualifications
  • Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
  • 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics
