About the Organization

Evans Care Treatment Center specializes in delivering high-quality behavioral health services specifically focused on the youth demographic. Our mission is to empower individuals in achieving better mental health through evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to their unique situations. We believe in providing compassionate care that not only addresses immediate concerns but also fosters long-term resilience and achievement of personal goals. This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own setting while also ensuring you have the technology and tools necessary to fully engage with clients. Our telehealth facility operates with the latest digital platforms designed to deliver seamless therapy experiences. Understanding the dynamics of remote therapy, you will have access to a multidisciplinary team that collaborates effectively to ensure comprehensive care and support are provided to all clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, focusing on diagnosing and treating various behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges with executive functioning.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, which are designed to meet their specific needs and aspirations.
  • Stay current on best practices and cutting-edge research in the behavioral health field to optimize client outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation of each clientโ€™s progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
  • Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide holistic support and treatment.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills and team collaboration.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily working with juvenile and young adult clients, aged approximately 12-25, who may be dealing with challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use issues, and relationship difficulties. Your role is vital in providing not just therapy but also guidance that can dramatically improve their mental well-being and consistency in personal growth.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • An active professional license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC is essential.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care models and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining quality service to clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, contingent on experience and caseload management. In addition to a strong salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings options, and paid time off. A commitment to professional development is also reflected in our support for continuing education opportunities to further enhance your skills.
