As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

Role Summary

This role requires exceptional cross-functional collaboration, a dynamic and resourceful leader with sharp attention to detail, and experience in taking both an analytical and creative approach to problem-solving. You must be flexible, organized, proactive in driving continuous improvement, and strategic in prioritization. In this role, you will combine a data-driven approach with creative strategy to manage key web projects, refine content workflows, and deliver impactful, clear communications across our digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Roadmap & Execution: Create, document, and maintain roadmaps for overall digital communications and website design projects, tracking execution from ideation to launch.
  • Program Governance: Achieve program objectives through the effective application of program management principles within the confines of the scope, schedule, and budget defined by key stakeholders.
  • Web Design & UX Operations: Coordinate web design life cycles, working alongside UI/UX designers, developers, and content creators to build seamless, user-centric web experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure effective coordination among creative, technical, and operational teams by developing clear project plans, managing risk, and maintaining schedule adherence.
  • System Expertise: Become a subject-matter expert in Rivian content management systems (CMS), digital asset tools, and analytics platforms to identify opportunities to streamline publishing and design workflows.
  • Strategic Support: Support executive leadership with all strategic aspects of the digital communications portfolio, using qualitative feedback and quantitative data to guide prioritization and future site enhancements.
  • Executive Reporting: Regularly advise senior management on campaign performance, website health metrics, and project status while proactively implementing corrective actions when risks arise.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize digital initiatives by applying structured methodologies across Program Planning, Change Management, Risk Management, and Creative Operations.
  • Integrated Marketing & Communications Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive program marketing and communications plans that align digital touchpoints, web design assets, and campaign messaging with broader business growth and engagement goals.
  • Go-To-Market & Campaign Management: Lead the cross-functional execution of program marketing campaigns—from audience segmentation and positioning to launch execution across web, email, social, and field channels.

Qualifications

  • Dynamic and resourceful leader with sharp attention to detail, a keen design eye, and a balance of analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to expertly document, track, and report on creative assets, site updates, and communication campaign metrics.
  • Exceptional business acumen and the ability to deliver executive-level updates on technical and creative projects.
  • Self-starter with the ability to solve complex digital challenges and manage competing design/content demands with minimal guidance.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment with a strong desire to own and refine key operational and communication processes.
  • Proven track record of executing multiple complex web design projects and high-visibility communication campaigns simultaneously from concept to completion.
