General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Waynesville, NC

We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) for a locum tenens opportunity in Waynesville, NC. This opportunity allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with surgical extractions, denture steps, digital dentures, crown and bridge, and comprehensive treatments, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Dates: July 2
Schedule: 8a-5p

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

  • Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
  • Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth.

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

  • 2- HYG, 5-DAs

Requirements

  • Active North Carolina dental license
  • Active DEA with all schedules
  • CSR if required by the state
  • Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
