Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and innovative Ecommerce Digital Data Analyst to join our growing Digital Marketing team. This role is responsible for analyzing customer behavior, campaign performance, and digital marketing data to help drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and overall business performance.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, marketing analytics, and uncovering insights that improve the customer journey across the digital acquisition funnel. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys leveraging analytics, emerging technologies, and digital marketing strategies to create measurable impact.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales funnels, customer behavior, and customer intent to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Interpret complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Measure ROI and effectiveness of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs including leads, conversion rates, website traffic, engagement metrics, CPC, CAC, and campaign performance
  • Track and evaluate email marketing campaign metrics including delivery, open, and click-through rates
  • Monitor marketing budget allocation and performance of paid advertising campaigns
  • Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking, and market trend research to identify growth opportunities
  • Recommend website, landing page, SEO, UX, and campaign optimizations to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates
  • Define, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate key digital marketing insights to stakeholders
  • Research, evaluate, and implement marketing and analytics tools that support digital promotional initiatives and automation efforts
  • Interpret complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support Agile project environments and contribute to iterative process improvements across digital marketing operations

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience

OR
  • Master's degree and at least 4 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience

OR
  • At least 8 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
