Develop and create content and events aligned to business objectives, messaging frameworks, audience insights, and brand standards. Present recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

Lead video productions and events for the CEO, providing consultation on audience engagement, presentation delivery, visual storytelling, and production approaches that support leadership communications.

Optimize content and event effectiveness through performance insights, audience feedback, engagement data, and stakeholder learnings, translating results into recommendations that improve future creative approaches, production models, and audience experiences.

Improve scalable production capabilities through emerging technologies and repeatable workflows, including AI-enabled creative tools, production automation, event technologies, and Adobe ecosystem capabilities to accelerate timelines, improve consistency, enhance audience engagement, and reduce external vendor dependency.

Contribute to operational excellence by developing standards, templates, production processes, and governance models that improve quality, efficiency, resource management, and consistency across digital media and event productions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead the full lifecycle of multimedia content and event experiences from strategic consultation and concept development through production, post-production, live execution, and final delivery.
  • Ability to work directly with executive leaders, lines of business, communications partners, and marketing stakeholders to clarify objectives, influence decisions, and translate priorities into effective content and event solutions.
