The right candidate will ensure the Marketing department runs with an efficient flow of deliverables, leading both tactical project execution and strategic initiatives to support business goals.****Essential Duties & Responsibilities***** Oversee the strategic allocation of creative resources, ensuring alignment between project priorities and departmental capacity* Manage the development and continual improvement of the company’s project management system (Workfront) to drive quality, speed, and efficiency across creative output* Lead onboarding, training, and best-practice development for the project management system, ensuring adoption across Creative, Digital, and Marketing* Manage both day-to-day projects and large-scale company initiatives such as new design launches and other strategic marketing programs* Mentor and guide project managers or coordinators, providing leadership and support in best practices and problem solving* Partner with Marketing leadership to define program scopes, objectives, timing, and resource needs* Develop, own, and refine Creative workflows to improve quality, speed, and efficiency of output* Manage the creative project workflow by leveraging Workfront and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
