Position Summary

The Senior Trade Compliance Analyst supports NCRVoyix'sglobal trade compliance program by ensuring adherence to U.S. import and export laws and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a centralized compliance resource responsible for monitoring trade activities, supporting regulatory filings, managing audits, and enabling compliant cross-border movement of products in the technology industryand components.

Partnering closely with Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance and external customs brokers, the role helps ensure NCRVoyixproducts are imported and exported efficiently whilemaintainingcompliance with applicable customs and trade regulations. This position plays a key role inmaintainingoperational compliance controls and supporting government inquiries and audit readiness.

This position plays a critical role in protecting the organization from regulatory risk, managing tariff exposure, and supporting global operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

Trade Compliance Operations

  • Serve as a centralized authority supporting trade compliance approvals and operational guidance.
  • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure products and POS components are shipped in compliance with applicable import and export regulations.
  • Classify goodsin accordance withthe Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) andmaintainclassification records and databases.
  • Collaborate daily with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to support compliant entry of goods into the United States.
  • Monitor trade activities and ensure required filings, registrations, and reporting obligations are completedin accordance withregulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate familiarity withutilizingvarious customs and trade compliance platforms and government trade portals to support filings, registrations, and regulatory reporting obligations.
  • Review notifications and regulatory updates, driving timely internal and external alignment and resolution
  • Design and manage US Duty Drawback programs, including data reconciliation and entry summaries, broker coordination, claim validation and recovery optimization
  • Oversee HTSU Chapter 98 programs including 9801.0025 returns of components

Regulatory Compliance & Government Interaction

  • Support responses to regulatory requests and inquiries from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other applicable government agencies.
  • Manage and file CBP Reconciliation Summary Filings and comparable reporting to other applicable government agencies.
  • Administer or support import/export compliance programs and regulatory requirements, including applicable customs regulations and agency requirements.
  • Maintaindocumentation supporting trade compliance activities and regulatory obligations.

Audits, Monitoring & Risk Management

  • Conduct internal compliance audits and post-entry reviews to ensure customs compliance.
  • Identifydiscrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with brokers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support continuous monitoring activities.
  • Identifycompliance risks and recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls.

Policy, Training & Program Support

  • Support development and maintenance of trade compliance policies and procedures.
  • Assistwith internal import/export compliance training and awareness initiatives.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for trade compliance projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in import/export or trade compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing Trade Compliance Programs
  • Experience withcustomsclassification and import entry processes.
  • Experience working with customs brokers and cross-functional operational teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory changes and translate them into practical business aligned compliance
  • Experience with Trade Compliance systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed Customs Broker certification.
  • Experience supporting audit preparation or regulatory reviews.
  • Familiarity with global technology or hardware supply chains.
  • Experience with continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives.
  • Trade compliance certifications (e.g., CCS, CUSECO)preferred.
